DownyPaws Fursink Replacement Filter

Where is it?

After a wait, and after receiving them we are changing our review from a 1 to a 5 star. We were worried we might not see them but they came....we just needed to have a bit more patience. Not a cat quality. But we are very happy with them now and love our fountain. Our dads were worried at first but we got great customer service, and response when we were worried so we say they are AOK by us....Highly recommed this watering system to allow for better health.

I initially gave one star because I didn’t receive the filters. Downy paws immediately reached out and let me know they were on the way and that you can also order them on Amazon. I got the filters a few days later.

I initially submitted a rating of 1, as I had not received the filters I ordered. I just received the filters, so as others have noted, patience is key. I also should note that DownyPaws customer service did reach out to reassure me that the filters had been shipped and to follow up on their progress. Bottom Line: The fountain works well, although my cats are still dubious, and the replacement filters fit perfectly.
