I ordered a replacement battery for my DownyPaws Fursink. While the battery arrived just two days later, I did not know the design had changed and the battery would not fit my existing product. I contacted customer support to find out how to get a replacement of the old style battery and all I can say is I was provided the best customer service I have received from any company in quite some time.
