DownyPaws Fursink Replacement Battery 4000mAh

The DownyPaws water fountain batteries work great. I like that the fountains can be set anywhere. My cats seem to really like the design.

Th battery replacement was a blessing for my cat who only likes to drink running water. While we waited for the replacement battery we had to have our cat drink at the kitchen sink while the faucet was running.

Replacement did not fit. Apparently there was a model change with no ability to determine such on the web site . I need the new base or return purchase for the prior version

The replaced battery was great. It worked just fine no problems here.

I ordered a replacement battery for my DownyPaws Fursink. While the battery arrived just two days later, I did not know the design had changed and the battery would not fit my existing product. I contacted customer support to find out how to get a replacement of the old style battery and all I can say is I was provided the best customer service I have received from any company in quite some time. Many thanks to Margo (the representative who assisted me) and DownyPaws for making things more than right. You have a lifetime customer in me!
