DownyPaws Fursink Replacement Battery 4000mAh

Replacement did not fit. Apparently there was a model change with no ability to determine such on the web site . I need the new base or return purchase for the prior version

The replaced battery was great. It worked just fine no problems here.

I ordered a replacement battery for my DownyPaws Fursink. While the battery arrived just two days later, I did not know the design had changed and the battery would not fit my existing product. I contacted customer support to find out how to get a replacement of the old style battery and all I can say is I was provided the best customer service I have received from any company in quite some time. Many thanks to Margo (the representative who assisted me) and DownyPaws for making things more than right. You have a lifetime customer in me!

Replaced battery after original one lasted less than 6 months. Now this one won't turn back on or even charge. Not impressed at all!!!!

I ordered the replacement battery several weeks ago, more like two months ago. I even paid for expedite delivery. I was then told because of Chinese New Year the shipping would be delayed. I had to contact them several times to find out where my package was after they told me they would update me and never did. It finally arrived yesterday. I charged the batter over night. But guess what, it doesn't fit!!! It looks like the old one. I'm glad i hadn't thrown the old one away yet. I compared and they are similar but different. So now what do i do?? Your guess is as good as mine. If I could give zero stars i would.
