While they are very sensitive to movement, our cats love these fountains! They are easy to maintain and they keep the water moving and fresh. Do yourself a favor and buy one.

our cat went right to it and is happily hydrating. she spends most of her time on the back porch so the fact that it is wireless is crucial. we have it on motion detection and we have to charge it every ten days. exactly what we wanted. thank you Downypaws.

My daughter recommended this for our indoor cats and they love it so much we also got one for our barn cats. They definitely drink a lot more water than usual which is a good thing.

I had tried a couple of different cat fountains over the years and have never been impressed for many reasons, so I wasn't holding much hope for this one. Tried it because it was on sale and wireless. So far it is GREAT! The cats love it. It works as advertised. Easy to fill and clean, etc. I have just charged it about once a week, so I've never let it run out of charge...so not 100% sure how long one charge will last. We are a fan of this machine at our house!

The motion sensor is exactly what I wanted, although it took my cat a little while to realize how it works. He always takes the lid off the top of previous fountains, which spills the water all over. He tried that with this one, but he couldn’t do it, so he’s given up. It’s also quiet and the charge lasts longer than I expected.
