If I could give it zero stars, I would. After ordering a cat fountain, a spare battery, a spare water pump, and a pack of filters, it turned out not to be the type I had expected. I immediately emailed to ask if I could return the items and get a refund. Their website clearly states that returns are possible within 7 days, that they provide a return shipping label, and that a refund is issued once everything is in order. That is not the case at all. After a lot of back-and-forth emailing, I was refunded 50% of the fountain's cost because it had already been assembled and tested—which I find acceptable. However, I received no refund for the rest of the order (spare battery, spare water pump, and filter), even though those items were unopened and unused. If I wanted a refund, I would have had to arrange the return shipment from Belgium to China myself, hoping the items would arrive intact and that I would actually get my money back. Everything stated on their website contradicts their actual practices. I can't say much about the cat fountain itself since I only tested it for five minutes, but their business practices and customer service are terrible, so I strongly advise against ordering anything from them.
