DownyPaws FurSink Battery-Operated Cat Water Fountain - SUS Version

My baby cat and I really love this water fountain, and more importantly, this company’s customer service is absolutely fantastic. They responded to my email very quickly and helped me resolve my issue.

I’ve had this fountain for about 2 years, and we and our cat really enjoy it. The battery lasts a reasonable amount of time, and cleaning it is easy. About six months ago, the fountain stopped working, so I contacted the company, and they helped me resolve the issue very quickly! It's a great experience!

My cat loves to chew on wires, so I got him this water fountain. Just set it up and my cat immediately started drinking from it. He loves it!

I’ve tried quite a few cat fountains over the years, and this one honestly stands out as the best so far. It’s incredibly quiet, and the motion sensor works perfectly. My cats were immediately curious and started using it right away! I also have to mention the customer service, it’s truly outstanding. I had a small issue and sent an email, and they replied super quickly and resolved everything. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay-that is pretty much unheard of in today's world.
Overall, I’m really impressed with both the product and the support behind it. Highly recommend—definitely a 10/10 experience!

One of my cats doesn't like drinking from a bowl, so I decided to try this fountain. It turned out to be the best decision ever. She absolutely loves it and drinks more water every day now.
